Description

Yes it has ever so slight samesy situations as Harry Potter, like orphanened, magic and there’s a kind of school element I guess. She has been passed through quite a number of foster homes and has had some very bad experiences in all but the last one; The last foster home was with the Smith family.

After she witnesses a monster attack and aids another Magical in stopping said attack and capturing the monster, she learns that there’s a whole secret magical community out there, and she is not alone. Wade is a brilliant warlock with no social skills who is drawn to Harley from the beginning but equally repelled by her empath abilities. Harley is introduced to the San Diego coven, and starts to learn how to properly channel her abilities. Audible wants to give you the most complete selection we can and we'll keep adding series and filling in gaps as quickly as possible.

And if you’re looking for easy to consume fantasy with some fun and interesting bits and are not too concerned with how it is written and originality, then this is definitely a good book to read.

I want to know more about Harley's relationship with the venomous snake-like beast locked up in the Beastiery.

Remember, the journey through a book series is not just about reaching the end but also about the memories created along the way. This book is incredible in its own right, and once you get past the slight similaries at the start, and they are only slight similarities; you get to the thumping heart of the book and when you reach that point, you will be totally hooked on it and won't want to stop reading for anything.

Each book represents a chapter in the broader narrative, introducing new twists, turns, and perhaps the occasional talking dragon (disclaimer: dragons depend on the genre). As she begins to learn who she is, she uncovers a terrible hidden past about herself and her family. Able to read other peoples emotions, she is invaluable at her job in the casino where she's employed catching card sharks, and she's very good at her job which is in the human world. The description and detail in the book is amazing, I can picture every scene in my imagination perfectly! But she has no clue where she got these freakish powers because she spent her childhood jumping from home to home in the foster system, and her father left her with nothing more than a cryptic note.Add in a diabolical plot concerning blood thirsty gargoyles and you are guaranteed one hell of a ride. I enjoy reading, is fresh and funny, i think it can't be compare with Harry Potter, it's no the same premise and public, this book for me it's a little more like Riverdale with magic.

It kept my attention to the end, I didn't realise who the culprit was for all the mischief going on in both worlds right up until they were revealed, which was great! She discovers that there is another world; a magical world which exists parallel to the human one, and there is much to learn and like about it.

When a rogue 19-year-old witch is recruited to help guard an ancient magical Bestiary, mystery and danger ensue. I’ll get to the actual review part shortly, but this bothered me so much that I just have to get it out of my system.
